He graduated from the Ryazan radio engineering academy in 1996, with the diploma «Physical electronics».
In 2007 he defended the master's dissertation on the theme: «Energy saving technology and the device of refrigerating of newly drawn milk» with the degree «Candidate of Engineering Sciences». He published more than 50 scientific and educational works, 2 monographs. He holds a patent and the certificate of the state registration of a computer program. He gives lecture courses: «Automation technology», «Automation of technological processes and production». He is a member of the Scientific council of the Ryazan state radio engineering University.
In 2006 he was awarded by the Honorary Certificate of the ministry of regional development of the Russian Federation.
1996-1999 – a research student in the Ryazan state radio engineering academy;
1996-1997 – a mechanic of technological process in the Ryazan Municipal enterprise of the heat networks;
1997-2004 – a conditions engineer in the Ryazan Municipal enterprise of the heat networks;
2000-2001 – an assistant in the Ryazan state radio engineering academy;
2004 – a head of conditions and maintenance service in the Ryazan Municipal enterprise of heat networks;
2004-2007 – a deputy head of the department of energy economy and the housing services and utilities of the Ryazan region;
2007-2008 – a chief executive officer of the LLC «Piс» (Financial satellite);
Since 2008 till now present he’s a vice-rector on the administrative-and-household work in the Ryazan state radio engineering University;
2009-2010 – an assistant professor of the GandEPh (General and experimental physics), in the Ryazan state radio engineering University;
Since 2010 till the present he is an assistant professor of the AITP (Automation of information technology processes), in the Ryazan state radio engineering University.
