Our department provides training of:

• Bachelor’s degree students with specialties 02.03.02 «Fundamental Informatics and Information Technologies», 09.03.01 «Information Science and Computer Engineering» and 11.03.03 «Design and Technology of Electronic Facilities»;
• Master’s degree with specialties 09.04.01 «Information Science and Computer Engineering» and 11.04.03 «Design and Technology of Electronic Facilities».

In the specialty 09.03.01 (09.04.01) training is carried out with the major «Computer Aided Design Systems», and in the specialty 11.03.03 (11.04.03) with two majors «Information Technologies for Design of Electronic Facilities» and «Design and Technology of Electronic Computing Facilities».

Master’s degree alumni of our department have the opportunity to continue their studies in graduate school in order to prepare and defend a thesis for the degree of candidate of sciences in engineering science. There is a doctoral study for the training of highly qualified scientific personnel - doctors of sciences in our Department.

The Department employs 6 professors, doctors of sciences in engineering science and 16 associate professors, candidates of sciences in engineering science.

The graduates of the department work at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex; at the enterprises of the radio-electronic industry; in organizations of small and medium sized business engaged in the development, design and operation of computing and digital equipment; at cellular enterprises; in banks and commercial structures; in research organizations in Ryazan, Moscow, Moscow region and other regions of Russia.
