Health-improving and sports base «Zeleniybor»

The health-improving andsports base «Zeleniybor» is located in 30km from the regional centerof Ryazannear villageLaskovo of Ryazan region. It is locatedin the forest area,this forest is mixed(pine, birch, spruce). LakeLaskovskoye is located in500meters,lakeSegdenskoyeand lakeUrzhanskoye are located in4 km.

The health-improving andsports base «Zeleniybor»occupies an area about6 hectares,has 12homes of summery type for 4 personseach.

The health-improving andsports base «Zeleniybor»is put intoyear-round working operation in 2011.

A newboiler room, two dormitories,one of whichis combinedwith a dining roomfor 75seats,were built.

The reconstructionof the club under the two-storey cottage and technique cellar, total area is509.1sq.m.with individual heating, dining room, summer terrace and4 residentialroomsincluding oneroom for peoplewith disabilities was carried out.

The reconstruction of the dining-room with 100 seatsandtwostorey residentialblockwith 16 roomswith showersand bathrooms was carried out.Heat supplyis from the modular boiler. The complete beautification  of territory will be carried out.Total floor area is 937.7sq.m.

The reconstruction ofmaintenance unit with accommodation ofadministrative staffand constructionbaths will be planned. More than 500 students and 200 employees passed health improvementon the base during the summer of 2011.
