Logistics office:
The logistics office is a structuredepartment of construction andrepair office ofRSREU. The work ofthe officeis carried outin the determinate order under the request ofoffices.The main activity ofthe office is topurchasematerial resourcesrequired for thetraining process andlife supportatthe University,provision of the preparation of conclusion of contracts, organization the reception, recording, storage and distributionof wealthfrom the central warehouseof the University,taking measures toreduce the cost ofthe acquisition, transmission and storage of material resources.The logistics officeworks with allthe structural unitsof the University.

There are 5 universal maintenance teamsof 2-3 people each at the University. The average output per a team is repair turnkey audience of 40 sq.m. for the month. 14 sites with a total area of 600 sq.m. has repaired in-house in 2011. The main rooms are 239, 316, 413, 245, 443, (452, 450, 454 – Human sciences institut) 136, 249, 117a, shower in the hostel number 3. Windows were changed with a total area 153.3 square meters.
Thorough overhaul

The thorough overhaul of hostel № 1 was finished in 2011. Нostel № 1 was appreciated as the best by the results of the competition among hostels of the city. The repair of the 2nd block and utilities of hostel number 5 is being finished. The repair of the 3th and 4th blocks is planned.

Construction of business – incubator is leading currently.
In 2011, the act of commissioning pool "Radio volna " was received and began its full operation. The acts in service Health-improving base "ZeleniyBor" - recreation complex and a cottage also were received. The project was drafted and got approved by the state examination for engineering services "ZeleniyBor".
