He graduated from the Ryazan radio engineering academy in 1996, with the diploma «Physical electronics».

In 2007 he defended the master's dissertation on the theme: «Energy saving technology and the device of refrigerating of newly drawn milk» with the degree «Candidate of Engineering Sciences». He published more than 50 scientific and educational works, 2 monographs. He holds a patent and the certificate of the state registration of a computer program. He gives lecture courses: «Automation technology», «Automation of technological processes and production». He is a member of the Scientific council of the Ryazan state radio engineering University. 

In 2006 he was awarded by the Honorary Certificate of the ministry of regional development of the Russian Federation. 

• 1996-1999 – a research student in the Ryazan state radio engineering academy;
• 1996-1997 – a mechanic of technological process in the Ryazan Municipal enterprise of the heat networks;
• 1997-2004 – a conditions engineer in the Ryazan Municipal enterprise of the heat networks;
• 2000-2001 – an assistant in the Ryazan state radio engineering academy;
• 2004 – a head of conditions and maintenance service in the Ryazan Municipal enterprise of heat networks;
• 2004-2007 – a deputy head of the department of energy economy and the housing services and utilities of the Ryazan region;
• 2007-2008 – a chief executive officer of the LLC «Piс» (Financial satellite);
• Since 2008 till now present he’s a vice-rector on the administrative-and-household work in the Ryazan state radio engineering University;
• 2009-2010 – an assistant professor of the GandEPh (General and experimental physics), in the Ryazan state radio engineering University;
• Since 2010 till the present he is an assistant professor of the AITP (Automation of information technology processes), in the Ryazan state radio engineering University.

Collective Amateur Radio Station RKЗSWB

The collective amateur radio station UA3KND (then - UK3SAB, UZ3SWB, now - RK3SWB) was opened at the RREI in 1956 in order to develop the interest of students and teaching staff in short-wave radio communications, the independent research and manufacture of radio equipment and antennas, and the preparation of students for service in the armed forces in cooperation with Russian Army, Air Force and Navy Volunteer Society (DOSAAF). The radio station was located in dormitory No. 1 of the Radio Engineering Faculty; in the 90s it was moved to the dormitory No. 5, where it is currently located on the 9th floor.

It is worth noting some of the events in which the radio station participated:

• repeatedly accompanied “Zvezdnyi” hikes;
• accompanied the expedition of the Hero of Russia M. Malakhov to the North Pole;
• took part in the championships and cups of the USSR and Russia, various international competitions, including European and world championships; the radio station has numerous prizes and victories: during competitions the radio station operators have fulfilled the standards of the master of sports in radio communications on HF - more than 20, the master of sports of international class - 3, a large number of dischargers have been prepared;
• participated in Radio Broadcasting Activity Days using the jubilee call sign, dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the radio station (RK50SAB), the 150th anniversary of the birth of K.E. Tsiolkovsky and other significant dates;
• conducted broadcast at the meetings of graduates during the Radio Days.

Many teachers and students of our university were active operators of the radio station.

The curator of the station is the dean's office of the Faculty of Radio Engineering and Telecommunication and the Department of Wireless Devices.

Public Center for Civil and Patriotic Education of Student Youth at the Ryazan State Radio Engineering University. Victory Volunteers coordinate the work of the volunteer teams of the Year of Memory and Glory, which provides support for the Victory parades and the Immortal Regiment procession in Russian cities, assistance to veterans and the improvement of memorial places and volunteer burials.

In Ryazan State Radio Engineering University named after V.F. Utkin there are 5 dormitories, 4 of them are located nearby the main academic building. All students from other cities along with the foreign students and postgraduate students are provided with accommodation in university dormitories in accordance with sanitary standards. On the territory of the campus there are sports grounds for basketball, volleyball and tennis. Each dormitory has equipped sports rooms.

On the first floor of the hostel №4 there is a room of the head of the hostel, warehouses, hall-room,  room for the student council, rooms for the service staff, laundry room and room for drying clothes, office of the campus head, sanatorium-preventorium (9 rooms), shower rooms (2 rooms), canteen, lobby.
