RSRЕU participates in the Academic Program IBM Academic Initiative which provides opportunities for the use of IBM software in the learning process and non-commercial research.

Partnership agreement of the use of Deductor Academic in the learning process between LLC «Analytical Technologies» and Federal Sate Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education RSRЕU.

Perfilyev S.V. ended Ryazan state radio engineering institute in 1981. In 1990 he received degree of Candidate of Economics, and in 2004 - Doctors of Economics. Since 2009 Perfilyev S.V.  is the Professor.

Since 2006 Perfilyev S.V.  works as the Head of the Department of the State and Municipal Management and Economic Theory.

Since 2009 he is the Director of Institute of the State and Municipal Management.

The Head of preparation of masters and bachelors in the "State and Municipal Management".

The Director of the Center of the European researches. Research supervisor of the Scientific and educational center "Transport problems".

2. Regional economy and management. 
3. Theory and mechanism of modern state management.
