The department includes: Fund Accounting Sector During the year, together with the university departments and library divisions, all information about the publication of educational and scientific books of the university is being elaborated. More than 12,000 documents are received by the library every year; a subscription is made to periodicals: over 120 magazines and newspapers. Orders for new literature and subscription of periodicals are issued strictly at the request of the departments. Sector of Cataloging and Systematization of Documents Every year it compiles a bibliographic description and systematizes over 600 titles of new documents entering the library according to the UDC and LBC tables. Sector of Technical Processing of Documents Every year it carries out technical processing of about 12,000 copies of new books. |
