Every summer, full of positive energy and real emotions, we go to the Black Sea coast to beautiful sunny camps. The sea, summer, children, friendly staff, talented and experienced people - what else is needed for a great pastime.

Each Oxygen member carefully prepares for this trip throughout the year: they study the basics of leader skills, various categories of games, developmental psychology, and much more. During the training, you not only gain valuable skills and knowledge, but also immerse yourself in the camp counseling environment, in a special social circle, a special world. The world in which the main thing is the desire to work and love for children. The world that every time opens for you the newest dimensions of possible.

Oxygen has been in existence for four years. It's quite a bit. However, what work it has already managed to do, how skillfully it has managed to declare itself, so it deserves, first and foremost, respect. During these years, our members worked both on the Black Sea coast and in Ryazan region.

Numerous prizes, awards and titles are just a small part of what Oxygen was awarded. However, true camp counselors do not care so much about recognition, but about their work.

Camp counseling is not just a job, it is a special gift that, albeit for a short time, immerses you in the Childhood land, and camp counselors themselves are a kind of guardians of this land, strict, but so dear. And it’s only worth trying once, as all this will swamp you and will never again leave you indifferent. Indeed, any Oxygen-«dweller» lives from summer to summer.
