Vocal studio “We are the team”

This is the only vocal group at our University, created in 2018. Despite its youth, the group has become recognizable in the creative environment far beyond the University. The bright numbers of the group are marked at the regional level. “We are the team” is a multiple prize-winner of the “Student Spring” festival and winner of the regional competition of freshmen creativity “Hello! We are looking for talents”.

Head of the vocal group “WE are the team” is the winner and awardee of international and All-Russian vocal competitions - Violetta Likhacheva.

Dance Theatre "Paradigm"

Dance Theatre "Paradigm" was established in November 2008. The dance theatre works in several dance styles such as "Modern", "Contemporary dance" and "Experimental dance".

Dance Theatre "Paradigm" is a regular participant and winner of university, city and interregional dance festivals (Black Cat, Student Spring, etc.). In 2020, "Paradigm" staged the plastique ballet "12" in honor of its birthday.

Aesthetic gymnastics studio “INSOLENT”

The dance group of the variety gymnastics "INSOLENT" is one of the youngest associations. It was founded by student of Faculty of Engineering and Economics, Alena Shuvarikova, in October 2019.

During its existence, members of the group took part and won not only in the RSREU, but also in festivals in other cities. INSOLENT also successfully promotes weekly stretching classes, which have already become long-awaited for students of our University.

Student Theater “Radiant”

The student theatre has existed since 2009. In 2011, the Honored Artist of Russia Tatyana Petrova joined it as a director, since then fruitful work has been carried out: every year the theatre recruits new actors from among students, holds weekly rehearsals and shows performances, and in the spring presents premiere stage shows. Last year, the theatre acquired the name "Radiant" - which, as the members of the theatre staff say, means "the place where the stars appear." Among the most striking plays are the dramas “Squaring the Circle”, “Tomorrow was the war”, “Homeward!...”, the comedy “Waiting for Morozov”. Now our actors are working on the comedy “The Festivities” by Chekhov. Moreover, the theatre staff plans to stage a comedy “The Proposal” by Chekhov.

Clownery Theatre “-17”

The Clownery Theatre “-17” as an independent association appeared in 2019. Unlike classical theatres, the “-17” association prepares theatrical clownery shows and plays. Performances in the genre of theatrical clownery, using the techniques of buffoonery or eccentricity, are based on the development of the overall action of the performance, when each character is embedded in the plot, undergoes certain transformations (character, goals, relationships, etc.) in accordance with plot and semantic devices.

National Studio “RSREU-Film” named after G.V. Ryazantsev

“RSREU-Film” is the oldest student association of the University. The main principles of the association are voluntariness, equality, development and promotion of cinema and television as an art form. The film studio has its own studio stage, lighting and filming equipment. The studio gives you the opportunity to test yourself in various roles: operator, screenwriter, director, stage director, actor. Every year in October, a recruitment for training and work in a film studio is announced.

Band “Lost Time”

The band was founded in 2018 by Egor Ivkin and Andrey Morozov, later other members joined: Danila Grigoriev, Ivan Borovkov and Igor Kudryavtsev. The band began concert activity in 2019. It participates in the University events and solo concerts in Ryazan and Ryazan region. The band released a new album in 2021. “Lost Time” is an explosive mixture of alternative rock, hip-hop and high-quality electronics with a pinch of acoustic sound.
