Children's Zvezdnyi team was founded in 1998 by Valery Kuryshev, who came from FKR. The team organizes and holds cultural and sports events for children living in difficult circumstances, with the support of the Department of Education, Science and Youth Policy of Ryazan Region, the Ryazan Regional Committee of the Russian Youth Union and the administration of the Ryazan State Radio Engineering University.
