Scientific and educational volunteering at the Ryazan State Radio Engineering University has existed since 2015.

Its formation and development was preceded by repeated trips of teachers, graduate students and students of the university, representatives of the scientific, managerial and business communities of Ryazan to international conferences in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other scientific centers; organization of collective trips to international Forums held at the venues of the Institute of Economics and Central Economics and Mathematics Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, invitations to the annual international C (MSMU) in Sochi, where students of Engineering and Economics Faculty and other faculties of RSREU, making scientific reports, became winners and prize-winners of the forums.

In the same period of time RSREU named after V.F. Utkina repeatedly acted as a co-founder of the Youth Scientific-practical Conference in Sochi, and the associate professor of the SMCM Faculty, L.A. Chernobrodova, was a member of the program, organizational and editorial committees of international conferences.

Within the framework of the interuniversity scientific and methodological seminar “Economic theory and economic policy”, organized by the SMCM Faculty since 2010 (supervisor - Associate Professor L.A. Chernobrodova), leading Russian scientists were invited to Ryazan to give lectures, hold round tables, public meetings and master classes for teachers and students of our university, Ryazan city public. At the invitation of A.V. Buzgalin and V.V. Sorokozherdev, students of Engineering and Economics Faculty and other faculties of the Ryazan State Radio Engineering University began to work as volunteers at the largest scientific Forums of the country: the St. Petersburg Economic Congress (SPEC), the Congress “Production. Science. Education” in Russia (Moscow), the Moscow Political and Economic Congress (MPEC), etc.

So, in May 2018, at the invitation and with the financial support of the organizing committee of the forum, teachers and students of the Ryazan State Radio Engineering University named after V.F. Utkin, Ryazan State University named after S.A. Yesenin, Academy of Law and Administration of the Federal Penitentiary Service and other educational institutions took part as participants and volunteers in International Forum "Marx-XXI", dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the birth of Karl Marx and held in the Shuvalov building of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.

Every year, graduate students and students of the Ryazan State Radio Engineering University work as volunteers at the venue of the International Congress “Production. Science. Education” in Russia. In the period from 2017 to 2019, students of our university acted as volunteers at the traditional April St. Petersburg International Economic Congress (SPEC-2017, SPEC-2018, SPEC-2019) “Foresight Russia: the future of technology, economy and human”.

In May 2019 students and teachers of the Engineering and Economics Faculty of the Ryazan State Radio Engineering University took part in the work of the Moscow Academic Economic Forum (MAEF) and the 4th International Political Economy Congress (IPEC). The curator of the Ryazan volunteers was N.G. Yakovleva – Candidate of Sciences in Economics, Associate Professor of MSU named after M.V. Lomonosov, leading researcher at the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences. From 25 to 28 September 2019 two significant events were held in Sochi on the basis of FSAI HC “Dagomys”: the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Actual Economic and Legal Problems of Forming a Strategy for Rapid Development of Russia” and the VI International School of Young Scientists in the field of Economics. Our teachers and students participated in these events.

All students have published their articles in the collected papers of the International school for young scientists and other international conferences.

In October 2019 a team of RSREU volunteers called NOVa (scientific and educational volunteering) took part in the regional meeting of volunteers in Ryazan region.

To date, more than 50 people - students and graduate students of the Ryazan State Radio Engineering University – were trained at the school of scientific volunteering.
