Perfilev S.V chief  chair SMM and ET has taken part in the international seminar "Productive Delivery the manager. Perfilevu S.V.'s chair of the certificate on participation in the international seminar in German Academy of Management of the Bottom Saxony to increase budgetary planning - a basis effective state and municipal management", passing in German Academy of Management of the Bottom Saxony (Germany) during the period from April, 28th till May, 6th, 2009.
