Dudukina Olga \'s scientific training at Technical university of Kaiserslautern (Germany)
During the period from September to December, 2012 the Associate Professor of the State and Municipal Management and the Economic Theory Department Dudukina Olga passed training in Technical University of Kaiserslautern (Germany). Work took place at the Regional Development and Spatial Planning Department with which the State and Municipal Management and the Economic Theory Department established partnership of cooperation. Training was made possible thanks to win a tender conducted by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.Training held under the supervision of Univ.-Prof. Dr. habil. Gabi Troeger-Weiß - the Head of the Regional Development and Spatial Planning Department.
The subject of scientific training was "The comparative analysis of the higher education system organization of Germany and Russia within Bologna Process". Within training Dudukina Olga studied the main documents characterizing an education system in Germany and extent of introduction of Bologna Process in the main directions of reform.
She took active part in Department activity:
• participated in lectures, workshops,
• meeting with a student's activists,
• attendance at the department meetings,
• visit the faculty council,
• acquaintance with the research areas of the department,
• diploma project at the Department,
• graduation ceremony,
• "Night of science",• and also in a meeting of group of students from Namibia.
Together with group of students from Namibia participated in a meeting with the President of Southern Structure and Approval Management of Rhineland-Palatinate; the Managing director of the Association of Towns in Rhineland-Palatinate; the Advisor at the Regional Planning Department of Western Palatinate.
During the training Dudukina Olga gave the lecture in English for students of first course on "Socio-economic, structural and demographic changes in Russia: trends, development and spatial effects".
Training was in goodwill and even care from the German colleagues. Acquaintance with the traditions and culture of the people, the study of its language also took place.

Municipal Management and Economic Theory
Ryazan state radio engineering university under the cooperation
agreement.Colleagues of the Technical University of Kaiserslautern have given lectures to the students of the "State and municipal management" speciality. Topics of the lectures:
1. The constitutional structure of Germany.
2. The educational system of Germany.
3. Functions and the place of the Department of Regional Development and Spatial Planning in the structure of the Technical University of Kaiserslautern.
Lectures passed in English.
Besides, during the visit delegation of the Technical University of Kaiserslautern held talks with State and Municipal Management and Economic Theory Department about the development of the further joint projects.

Taking part the senior lecturer of the GMM&ET department Dudukina Olga Ivanovna.
The Ryazan state radio engineering university has acted as the associated partner of the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University (IKBFU) to receive of the European Union grant. As a result of competitive selection IKBFU has received the EU grant for realization of the three-year project (2011-2013).The project provides creation of The European Union Centre at IKBFU, carrying out of scientific conferences, seminars and working groups, the publication of scientific works, and also teaching perfection in area of European region. Besides, within the limits of the project it is planned carrying out of summer schools for students in which they will study a number of subjects in area European region. Lectures will be read by foreign teachers.

1. To promote EU related topics in education and research:
2. To improve qualification teaching and academic staff in the field of EU studies, including methodology and study courses content.
- up-dating of existing courses and introduction of new ones connected with EU;
- intensifying research work on EU-related topics among Ph.D, Master and BA students on the themes connected with EU.
3.To promote a better understanding of EU among NGOs' staff, journalists, officials of both regional and municipal levels.
4. To promote EU-Russia relations:

As the first action within the
limits of this project from May, 13 till May, 14th, 2011 at Immanuel Kant
Baltic Federal University there has passed the international conference «Russia
and the European union: the agenda 2011» in which has taken part the senior
lecturer of the GMM&ET department Dudukina Olga Ivanovna. During conference
by participants were discussed the questions connected with legal aspects of
cooperation of Russia and EU, by a policy of identity to Russia and EU
formation, development of regional cooperation on Baltic, protection of
investments, cooperation in a context of the international relations.
The master class of the expert of European Union Court Philippe Singer’s
On 18th February 2011 at the Ryazan State Radioengineering university (RSREU)
within the framework of the cooperation of Institute of state and municipal
management RSREU and the European educational institute at the Moscow State
Institute of the International relations (U) the master class of the expert of European Union Court Philippe Singer's on the
topic «Actual practice of Court of European Union» has taken place. During the
given scientifically-practical action the wide range of questions of the theory
and practice of Court of EU activity at
the present stage, including aspects the application of the right norms
regulating the relations of Russia
and EU was discussed. The participants of the master class have expressed a wish to continue discussion of actual aspects of the management by the modern national and supranational organizations on the basis of the comparative analysis of theoretical and practical organizational-legal approaches in Russia and the EU countries.

was held.

From September, 6 till September,
13th 2008 in
the State Israel there has passed a seminar devoted to system of a quality management in municipal management. Representatives have taken part in a seminar of
some cities of Russia, in
particular of Perm, of Omsk,
of Dzerzhinsk and of Ryazan.
In group of 15 persons was four representatives from of Ryazan, two from which
are employees of chair of State and municipal management RSRTU (prof. Perfilyev Sergey Valerevich and dozent Odina Olga
Jurevna), and also Kovalyov Igor
Vladimirovich (the head of department of economic development of administration
of of Ryazan), Karpova Lyudmila Vladimirovna (the chief of department of
economy of social sphere and organizational development of management of

Lectures within the
limits of a seminar passed in Kfar-Saba, departures in the municipalities of
the Israel
which has introduced system of a quality management in the activity have been
organised. Among these municipalities have appeared Ramat Ghana and Natanija.
Also meetings with representatives of Association of municipal unions of the
state Israel
have been organised. During stay in Israel
trips to the basic excursion centres of the state - Jerusalem
and to the Dead Sea have been organised.

Trip of students to Germany 2007
The students trained on
a speciality «the State and municipal management», under the guidance of prof. Perfilyev Sergey Valerevich in October, 2007 have won the grant on
realisation of a fact-finding trip across Germany (Studienreisen), the German service of academic exchanges DAAD
organised by the Moscow representation! 
The establishment of contacts to the high schools of Germany which
are of interest from the professional point of view was one of the trip
purposes. During preparatory measures it was possible to adjust cooperation
with chair of regional development and spatial planning of Technical university of Kaiserslautern. The group has got
acquainted with educational and scientific activity of chair. Cooperation agreement
signing on an exchange of students and teachers, joint participation in
scientific conferences and research projects became result of a tri.
